If your Kindle highlights are not appearing in Notion, work through the steps below.
Make sure you are signed into your Amazon account in the same browser where the Bookworm extension is installed, using the same account linked to your Kindle device.
The extension only works with books purchased from the Kindle Store. Sideloaded books — added via USB or email — are not currently supported and will not sync.
If you are frequently signed out, your browser may be clearing cookies on close.

Visit read.amazon.com/notebook to confirm your highlights are visible there. If they are missing, they may not have synced from your Kindle yet.
